Verified reviews.
Real repair prices.
One rule makes Warsha work: every review is backed by a real invoice. Each approved invoice also feeds the price index, so the next driver knows what's fair before they go.
No invoice, no review
Every review needs an invoice showing the workshop name or TRN, date, line items and total, dated within the last 12 months. One review per invoice.
Your invoice stays private
Only the extracted job, price and your review are public. Names, numbers and plates are redacted, and images are deleted after checks and the dispute window.
Fraud checks on every invoice
Image hashing and invoice number + TRN catch duplicates. We limit reviews per phone, flag bursts for one workshop, and block owners and staff from reviewing themselves.
How the score works
A score out of 5 from four ratings: price fairness, quality of work, honesty and turnaround. Recent reviews count more. Scores only appear after 5 verified reviews.
Fair to workshops
Workshops can reply publicly to any review and dispute one with evidence. Our team decides within 5 working days.
Money never buys a score
Workshops can't pay to change their score, their ranking within a score, or which reviews are shown. Likes, followers and paid posts never affect the score.
How we calculate fair prices
- Each price page covers one job on one car model, model-year band and emirate — e.g. “Brake pads, front — Toyota Camry 2018–2022 — Abu Dhabi”.
- Low = 25th percentile, typical = median, high = 75th percentile, in AED including VAT.
- We publish a range only with 8+ verified invoices from the last 12 months, and drop outliers beyond 1.5× the interquartile range.
- Where invoices say so, we split genuine/OEM and aftermarket parts.
- Before launch, some pages show workshop-quoted prices, always labelled “quoted, not verified”.
